Advertisement for the post of Project Fellow under UGC-DAE-CSR project
Applications are invited from highly motivated and bright candidates for the position of Project Assistant on a temporary contractual basis for a project titled “In-situ TEM study of growth of embedded Ge nanostructures inside SiO2 and Si3N4 matrices“, funded by UGC-DAE-CSR under the supervision of Dr Umananda M Bhatta, CIIRC, Jyothy Institute of Technology, Bengaluru Karnataka.
Number of positions available: One
Essential qualification: M. Sc (Physics) 2nd class with minimum of 55% marks
Desirable qualification: NET qualified candidates will be given preference, Specialization in soild state physics/Material Science, Knowledge of Electron microscopy, nanomaterials, Programming Knowledge in C/Fortran, familiarity with Linux operating system
Fellowship: as per UGC-DAE norms
Duration of the project: For 1 year
